The key is, knowing what you want. Newbies rarely know what they want and are often experimenting. Cole doesn't suffer fools gladly, and I have, more than once, wound up feeling like a fool when trying to solicit some advice. If you're not really knowledgeable, as I am not, experience with Cole can be rather uncomfortable.
