I want to review a store. What I have to do?
In order to evaluate a store submiting your review and rating, you have to be a registered user. You can create a personal account for FREE clicking here. After you register, you will receive an email to confirm your account. After your account is confirmed you can login using the login form and navigate on our table tennis stores through the directory on the "Listings Menou" or the top categories menu to find the store you want to evaluate. Click on the "Add new review" button on the store listing and a form will come up to put the Review Title, to select the Ratings Criteria and add your comments/review. Note that all the above in the form are mandatory.
My review doesn't show up. What is going on?
All the reviews usually published within 24-48 hours after submission. If you don't see your review after 48 hours, make sure that you have activated your account by clicking on the link in the email that we sent you. Another possible reason is that your review violated one or more of our policies, but we'll always contact you in that case.
Can I edit my old reviews?
Yes, you can. From "My Menu" click the link "My reviews" and you will see your reviews.
Do online retailers have control over which reviews they want to appear on tt-shops.net?
No! All the reviews submitted to our site from users with verified email addresses, will appear on our site within 24-48 hours unless the review violates our policy.
Why my review was removed?
All the reviews have to be compled with our policy. Although we rarely remove reviews, we always contact the reviewers to let them know.
How can I review a store which isn't in tt-shops.net directory?
Send us an email using our contact form to let us know and we will add this store for you.
What about the fraud?
- The shops owners have the possibility to have special registration rights (if they ask for it) and get notified when someone post a review for their shop.
- The shop owners can reply to the reviewer and they can report also to the admin.
- If there is a potential fraud the purchase id can be asked from the reviewer in order to be proved that he has made a purchase from the selected shop.
- There is an abuse report.
- All the reviews are evaluated manually by us before they get approved between 24-48h.
